{"id":9111,"date":"2021-01-20T12:03:02","date_gmt":"2021-01-20T09:03:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/smec.com.ua\/industriya-4-0\/"},"modified":"2021-11-23T16:03:48","modified_gmt":"2021-11-23T13:03:48","slug":"industriya-4-0","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/smec.com.ua\/en\/industriya-4-0\/","title":{"rendered":"Lean production and OEE"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id='av_section_1'  class='avia-section main_color avia-section-default avia-no-border-styling  avia-bg-style-scroll  avia-builder-el-0  el_before_av_section  avia-builder-el-first   container_wrap fullsize' style=' '  ><div class='container' ><main  role=\"main\" itemprop=\"mainContentOfPage\"  class='template-page content  av-content-full alpha units'><div class='post-entry post-entry-type-page post-entry-9111'><div class='entry-content-wrapper clearfix'>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  av_inherit_color '  style='color:#000000; '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lean production ia a way to do more and more with less and less &#8211; less human effort, less equipment, less time, and less space &#8211; while coming closer and closer to providing customers exactly what they want and then translate this into five key principles:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lean is founded on the concept of continuous and incremental improvements on product and process while eliminating redundant activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The result of building a system: increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes, business processes, management processes, customer satisfaction, as well as a quick and flexible response to changes in the external environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The value of LEAN MANUFACTURING is created in four ways or combinations thereof:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>improving the quality of goods;<\/li>\n<li>improving the quality of service;<\/li>\n<li>reduction of consumer costs;<\/li>\n<li>reduction of cycle time (lead time (order-production-delivery)).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) is a measure of how well a manufacturing operation is utilized (facilities, time and material) compared to its full potential, during the periods when it is scheduled to run. It identifies the percentage of manufacturing time that is truly productive. An OEE of 100% means that only good parts are produced (100% quality), at the maximum speed (100% performance), and without interruption (100% availability).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Measuring OEE is a manufacturing best practice. By measuring OEE and the underlying losses, important insights can be gained on how to systematically improve the manufacturing process.
